If your consultant has a suspicion of the cyst showing some suspicious changes then after a thorough workup you may have to comply with what he says. If the cyst is a simple cyst then I would just suggest laparoscopic removal of only the cyst .You can be back to work in a few days by this route.

We are going to demonstrate vaginal hysterectomies by conventional method, by hydrodissection technique and by biclamp (bipolar cautery), about 8-10 cases in all,for varied indications and conditions.

Sir, I totally agree with you. Such mentally challanged girls must be subjected to hysterectomy which prevents much troublesome regular menstruation in such girls and unwanted pregnancies after sexual assault which is associated with complications and much mental agony to the caretakers.
